   Customer Services Support (1 position)

Job Requirements:

  • Min.1year working experience
  • Must have a sense of responsibility
  • Pleasant and friendly disposition
  • Customer service orientation
  • Previous experience in freight forwarding is a plus
  • Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
  • Good computer literacy
  • Speaking good English and Chinese


  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
  • Handle necessary communication with RDL networks
  • Work closely with customers, colleagues and third parties to ensure smooth Operations to Deadlines
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Liaise with Operation, Accounting, Finance, Logistics and Sales & Marketing Department
  • Follow the Customs Process with the Head of Customs Team
  • Other tasks required by Executive Director or Designated Person
